    Do not drink tea immediately after a meal because it can interfere with iron absorption
    Many people around the world have a habit of lying down right after a meal, lunch or dinner and watching TV are. But this habit is unhealthy and can affect our health.
    Inactivity and lounge after a meal is not just a bad habit that people have and continue to do a few things that should not be eating, learn more.
    smoking
    Although people are aware of the dangers of smoking for their general health, but also to continue this work and even do it after a meal. If you are not able to quit smoking, eat better then wait a few hours and then smoke because the nicotine in it with extra oxygen needed to link up the digestion and hence, more cancer-causing substances to the body normal alluring. Several studies have shown that smoking after a meal can be equivalent to smoking 10 cigarettes at once. Moreover, the risk of colon and lung cancers increases.
    Eating fruit
    If you plan to eat fruit the best time to do so before a meal and on an empty stomach because the digestive enzymes requires a different fruit and simple sugar found in fruits need more time to fully absorb. Moreover, when the stomach is empty, you of all the nutrients, fiber and simple sugar found in fruits will benefit. In contrast, the consumption of fruit at a time close to a meal or after it will be burping, heartburn, indigestion and many other inconveniences lead.
    to sleep
    If you go to sleep immediately after a meal, likely to experience bloating, discomfort and strange sleeping patterns are also increasing because of heartburn during the night as well. The results of one study showed that people who after a meal before going to sleep longer they wait, the less likely to experience a stroke. Accordingly, a few hours before bedtime should not eat heavy food.
    Take a shower
    Do not shower immediately after a meal because the blood flow to the hands, feet and body will rise and hence, the reduced blood flow to the stomach. As a result, the digestive system is weak and inefficient, and these conditions can lead to stomach pain.
    Tea drinking
    Do not drink tea immediately after a meal because it can interfere with iron absorption. Tannic acid in tea with protein and iron bond formed and absorbed by the body and prevents effective. Iron deficiency anemia in humans can lead to anemia and hence, chest pain, cold hands and feet, brittle nails, loss of appetite, pale skin, fatigue, weakness and dizziness result.
